4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or dislike of product after use
- Incorrect size ordered (unless the size delivered was wrong)
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Sale or clearance items
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, Belfar will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the item is returned for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for shipping.
6. Exchange Option
